Frequently Asked Questions
What can't I store at CRS?
We do not allow the storage of any goods that are hazardous, illegal, stolen, inflammable, explosive, environmentally harmful, perishable, living, or that are a risk to property of any person.
Unless specifically itemised and covered by insurance, you must also not store goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than AUD$2000 in total. Whilst CRS takes reasonable care to provide a secure space, we cannot guard against all risks and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and therefore, we recommend that you take out insurance in relation to the items that you intend to store in the space or store valuable goods in places specifically designed for this purpose (e.g. a safety deposit box).
Do I need Insurance?
You will need to obtain your own insurance in relation to the items that you intend to store in the space. A valid copy of the policy must be provided to us.
We recommend specifically itemising goods that are irreplaceable such as currency, jewellery, furs, deeds, paintings, curios, works of art and items of personal sentimental value or items worth more than $2000 AUD$ in total.
Payment Options
Payment is made by monthly Direct Debit. As part of your contract you will be given a Direct Debit Authority form to complete and submit.
If your bank details change at any point, you can just submit your details on a new form, no problem.
We also accept EFT payments if you wish to pay for the entire term of your storage in advance.
